In addition, the Center for Citizen Leaders and Sports Ethics will benefit the development of women's squash student-athletes in five areas: academic achievement, career development, leadership development, personal development and community engagement.
"The Master Plan will better position all our athletic programs to be successful and squash will undoubtedly benefit from the improvements that will come to all of our student-athlete support services, such as sports medicine, strength and conditioning and academic support. As the newest varsity sport, we are thrilled to be involved in this initiative, and look forward to playing our part in contributing to the future success of all student-athletes at the University of Virginia."
